Function & Events Manager
As a staff member for the past 8 years, Michelle has worked in reception and memberships, before being appointed to Events & Functions Manager 4 years ago. Michelle’s previous experience was with the Victorian Glen Eira City Council as Executive Secretary & Events Manager. Michelle’s spends her time away from work socialising with friends and family, fine and casual dining, walks on the beach with her crazy Labrador, & a little bit of gardening.
Jimmy Van Den Bremer
Food & Beverage Manager
Jimmy has been in this role at T On Course Restaurant for the past 2 1/2 years and came from a strong back ground in 4 and 5 star hotels including the Intercontinental. Outside of work Jimmy’s passion is for wine and spending time with his children.
Clive is the most recent addition to our team. He comes with a vast experience as a chef with over 30 years’ experience from the UK & Australia, in 5 star restaurants and hotels including Michelin star establishments. His hobbies include snooker and reading.
Golf Operations Manager
Jacob has worked at Pelican Waters for the past 8 years starting as a casual employee and successfully worked his way to Golf Operations Manager. He holds a Diploma in International Business and is a keen golfer, currently playing off a 4 handicap. He loves to spend his spare time fishing, surfing and enjoying the outdoors.
Events & Functions Coordinator
Hannah joined the team in 2015 and works alongside Michelle. Hannah also covers reception and assists throughout the Club. Previously working in mine administration near Mackay, Hannah is originally from Wagga, where she worked at the Racecourse for 3 yrs in Administration/Events/Functions. She is happy to assist and support all events. In her spare time she is a bit of an interior designer/craft maker as she loves to make things for her home.
