Dear Pelican Waters Golf Club members,

Coronavirus has caused unprecedented closures of many businesses right across Australia. As a responsible organisation, Palm Lake Group has made the difficult decision to close Pelican Waters Golf Club for the foreseeable future, for the health and safety of our members, visitors and staff.
Please know that we have experts in our management team closely monitoring the daily development of coronavirus in Australia. While it is proving a force to be reckoned with, we have always taken our people’s health and wellbeing very seriously. We have already received many communications from our members regarding our decision to keep the course closed and appreciate that you are disappointed. We are too. But we must put the health of our people first.
To make the most of this period of closure, we will take the opportunity to bring forward some exciting scheduled refurbishment works on the clubhouse. The timing of the course and clubhouse reopening is unknown given the ever-changing situation around this pandemic. We will keep you informed on our website and across our social media channels.

Please note: Membership fees for March 24 to April 30, 2020 (inclusive) will be refunded. Members who pay monthly we be refunded into their nominated bank account. Members paying annually, including Business Marketing Members, are asked to provide us with their bank account details to enable us to process their refund.

Finally, we would like to reassure you that this economic downturn will also pass. Being a family-owned Australian company, Palm Lake Group is in a strong position. Many of you have been loyal and supportive members of Pelican Water Golf Club for a long time. We take this opportunity to thank you for your membership and look forward to staying connected with you throughout these unprecedented times. It will not be long before we are open for business again (with updated clubhouse facilities for you to enjoy) to be positioned as one of Australia’s premier golf courses.
