Previously he worked with Wesfarmers for 3 years and prior had numerous award winning hospitality venues in Canberra. He also has an extensive background in regional economic development. Socially he loves to play golf and assist in the development of the club’s young brigade of talented golfers. Andrew has been in the role of GM at Pelican Waters since July 2016.
Golf Operations Manger
Jacob has worked at Pelican Waters for the past 8 years starting as a casual employee and successfully worked his way to Golf Operations Manager. He holds a Diploma in International Business and Jacob is a keen golfer, currently playing off a 4 handicap. He loves to spend his spare time fishing, surfing and enjoying the outdoors.
Function & Events Manger
Previously with the Victorian City Council as Executive Secretary & Events Manager, Michelle worked in PWGC reception & memberships for 3yrs before becoming Events & Functions Manager 4 yrs ago. Michelle’s spends her time away from work socialising with friends & family, fine & casual dining, walks on the beach with her crazy labrador & a bit of gardening.
Jimmy Van Den Bremer
Food & Beverage Manger
Jimmy has been in this role at T On Course Restaurant for the past 2 1/2 years and came from a strong back ground in 4 & 5 star hotels including the Intercontinental. Outside of work Jimmy’s passion is for wine and his children.
Clive is the most recent addition to our team. He comes with a vast experience as a chef with over 30 years’ experience from the UK & Australia, in 5 star restaurants and hotels including Michelin star establishments. His hobbies include snooker and reading.
Troy was employed during original construction of the golf course, Troy worked through the ranks and in 2011 was appointed Superintendent, Troy has an intricate knowledge of the course. When he is not tending to the greens Troy likes to race pigeons and water ski.
